The vision at Dimensional Family Wellness is to start with the community and inform about health and wellness until we make the state of Illinois the healthiest state in the United States.  The vision is to serve all of humanity and teach humanity that pain is only temporary, but suffering is a choice.  Health is our first liberty, without health, we have nothing.  We cannot live to our expectations and dreams without health.  We cannot be great parents, great grandparents, sons, daughters, friends, etc. without having our heath first.  Let us help you which help us reach our vision...  We offer a variety of workshops and events through our Community Outreach Program, all designed to empower you to take control of your health, learn to reduce the effects of stress, increase motivation and energy and educate the public on the benefits of making healthier lifestyle choices.  Here is a list of our available talks/workshops:
